Federal Government
We have provided design services for courthouses, police stations, city halls, administration buildings, and other projects for state and federal governments. Our experience with public and federal entities has molded us to develop an acute attention to detail for drawings and specifications. We design with a balance of economy and quality in mind.

The project is part of an overall development of 468 acres adjacent to the Redstone Arsenal military facility outside of Huntsville. AHA is currently providing MEP/FP design for the first of three initial buildings that are planned for the first phase. The building is a 5 story, 144,000 GSF core and shell office building. This large scale project is being developed in conjunction with the Redstone Arsenal and the City of Huntsville. The Owner plans to develop approximately 4.6 million square feet of office, secure office, education, retail, hotel, and other amenities, which could lead to a potential of 56 different buildings. The overall development will be a multi-phase development expected to extend 10 or more years. The project will be designed with a goal of LEED Silver certification.
