Crawford County Courthouse
Knoxville, Georgia
The courthouse sustained damage from a structural failure in the roof. A full MEP/FP Review and Assessment of Existing Building, was completed in order to provide the design of MEP systems to return the building back to full operating condition.
Snellville Police Department
Snellville, Georgia
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for a new 31,750 SF, 2-story, police station, which included lobby, community room, exercise/lockers/break room, evidence, muster, training, evidence, garage, lab, bike storage, sally port/holding, garage, explorer post and storage, and a large evidence room. The second floor included administration, criminal investigation, dispatch and support service areas.
Barona Band of Mission Indians Administration Building
Lakeside, California
The Barona Band of Mission Indians needed a new government building to replace their existing undersized facility. The project is located on a site in the valley that overlooks their reservation. The facility is built to serve all of their government needs including a large meeting hall, all government functions, offices, Data Center and shelter. The project is a two story facility which has most of the facility of standby power and is fed by a central chilled water and hot water system. The building will be a LEED Certified building.
