Boston, Massachusetts
Trilogy is a mixed-use project located in the heart of Boston's Fenway neighborhood adjacent to the Back Bay and Longwood Medical Area. The one-million SF project include 405 studio, one, two and three bedroom luxury rental units as well as 171 apartment units that will be owned and managed by Harvard University for Harvard Medical students, faculty and staff. The ground floor of the building is devoted to residential lobbies and 43,000 SF of lifestyle retail and restaurants.
South Campus Gateway
Columbus, Ohio
South Campus Gateway is a mixed-use project located aimed at revitalizing the neighborhood in which Ohio State University is located. The new 887,000 SF includes residential, retail, and office space. The retail space has street level stores, as many as twelve restaurants, and a six screen theater. The residential space includes 180 units for Law School students.
Halstead
Fairfax, Virginia
This four building development includes more than 800 residential units, approximately 80,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, and a 150 key hotel. A 915,000 SF underground parking structure and surface lighting are also being designed by AHA. The project totals more than 2 Million SF.
M Street Apartments
Atlanta, Georgia
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design of multiple town homes and apartments in seven buildings. The apartment complex contained 300 units, and the project size was 300,000 SF. Facility included both single level apartments and multi level town homes.
