Optimizing Building Performance. AHA’s Building Commissioning Team of experienced Professional Engineers (PE’s), LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED-AP’s), and Commissioning Agents (CxA’s), optimize building performance through a rigorous process. This process includes contract document review, functional performance testing, manufacturing specification review, test and balance, and by conducting thorough site inspections. Our process gives our Clients: Greater control of construction costs, Greater control over the construction schedule, A smoother turnover, Reduced risk and operational problems, and Reduced complaints from building occupants. We work closely with the building owner’s team, the design team and the construction team to: Verify that installation of building systems meets contract document requirements and verifying that building systems provide the intended design performance. We also provide training to our Client’s maintenance team to assure long-term performance.

We have the Commissioning team experienced in every building type, functional use and for any adaptive reuse.
