This new 373,000 SF, 13 floor, including and penthouse, high-rise core & shell project houses a grad lab, conference area, and building amenities. It has system infrastructure in place to support future tenants with needs for incubator spaces.
AHA provided LEED MEP Documentation, LEED Energy Modeling, Code Energy Modeling, MEP/FP Design, and Technology Design services. The project received an Engineering News & Record Southeast Office/Retail/Mixed-Use Award of Merit.
