The massive renovation of this Atlanta stalwart of luxury shopping includes a new luxury hotel, office tower, fitness center, new restaurants, and a parking deck. The new boutique 5-star hotel and flagship restaurant by NOBU (investors include actor Robert De Niro, producer Meir Teper, chef NOBU Matsuhisa, and restaurateur Drew Nieporent) offers 150 rooms. The new 370,000 SF, 13-story ore & shell houses a Class A Office Tower, while the complex also includes a 90,000 SF five-story Life Time Athletic facility, and a 30,000 SF food court.
