The new 50,000 SF three story medical office building includes a pediatric sports medicine practice, community gathering space, and a higher bay on the first level for a rehabilitation gym with climbing wall. The second floor will be occupied by a physician specialty practice and the third floor is programmed as warm dark shell only space.
AHA provided the MEP/FP Design services. These include a HVAC system with dedicated packaged roof top units for each occupied floor. Fan powered terminal units, variable air volume units, and dedicated split systems comprise the zoning provisions. Electrical distribution provides for high reliability service.
