This 7,500 SF renovation upgraded Technip’s existing office space, research labs, and visitor areas within an industrial building. The office space consists of closed and open office areas, conference, and huddle rooms, while four separate labs were reconfigured into one large open lab, and one smaller wet lab, modernizing and consolidating the company’s R&D activities. The renovation features a new front entrance, visitor space, and support areas.

AHA provided MEP/FP Design, Structured Cabling, and LEED Assessment services.
