Dave began his career working as a drafter for his father, an electrical engineer, while serving in the US Army Reserves.  Both experiences have shaped his professional life.  Serving taught him the importance of being a good team member, and working with his father provided satisfaction in completing well-crafted projects.

He is continually striving to learn and is a true mentor to the next generation.  He’s brought his strength of knowledge to many of AHA’s marquis projects and thrives working on unique spaces:  the Atlantic Medicinal Partners cannabis cultivation and retail shop and cultivation facility, Wheaton College’s Pine Hall (the first Passive House (PHIUS) certified residence hall), Vertex Pharmaceutical’s global headquarters, and the Center for Life Sciences research hub.

He prides himself on his communication ability:  He listens more than he speaks, he openly and clearly communicates with clients and colleagues.  During his busy daily schedule, you’ll often find Dave mentoring other staff members.
