This new 545,000 SF climate-controlled manufacturing facility features high-capacity paint and post-paint operations centered on a fully integrated powder coating system. With large drying ovens, advanced automation, and dedicated fabrication, quality control, and assembly zones, the facility maximizes production efficiency. Its automated coating line delivers durable, environmentally friendly finishes through precise pretreatment, electrostatic application, and high-temperature curing.
AHA provided Mechanical and Plumbing Design services. Our designs meet stringent process and environmental control requirements, designing a compressed air central plant and high-capacity natural gas system to support manufacturing operations with reliable, efficient performance for high-volume production.
