This 1.5M SF renovation and expansion of an automobile factory, was undertaken to accommodate an increased production of electrical vehicles. The renovation and expansion houses a new production line, battery assembly, welding areas. The new three floor administration building which included office areas board room meeting rooms, social space, living room, open and closed offices, and collaboration spaces.

AHA provided BIM Services. Our 3D Spatial Coordination and As-Built Verification/Documentation services included BIM Coordination meetings, we addressed coordination comments, ran clash detections for Plumbing and Mechanical systems with other disciplines prior to meetings to find the best routings for the systems, provided dimensional drawings and developed as-built models.
