The Westminster Schools
The school is undergoing significant campus upgrades as part of a strategic, multi-year plan focused on meeting growing needs and reducing carbon emissions. These include construction projects, facility upgrades, and retrofitting the main heating and cooling plant to enhance energy efficiency and support campus expansion. The first phase of the multi-phased retrofit, renovating the main plant is complete, while the second phase, the installation of a new power plant, will take place shortly.
AHA is providing MEP Commissioning services. These include providing comprehensive design reviews, construction oversight, and owner training. We are collaborating with the facilities staff to address challenges and ensure a smooth project turnover, optimizing system performance for long-term efficiency and sustainability.
