Resplendent in Atlanta’s first faceted glass curtain wall system, Three Alliance Center shines at the intersection of GA 400 and Lenox Road, embodying the sleek aesthetic of the prestigious Buckhead neighborhood. This energy-saving glass façade enhances the visual appeal and marketability of the building. It also offers tenants in the facility expansive, panoramic views of the area.

When not enjoying the campus’s shared green space, tenants of Three Alliance Center are flooded in natural light while working. The project is designed to target a LEED Gold certification. They can also enjoy the technological advancements that improve data reception throughout the building, as well as state-of-the-art mechanical systems that guarantee exceptional indoor air quality. After working hours, they can visit one of dozens of Buckhead’s nearby, shopping and dining options.

With enviable amenities like an on-site fitness center, 24-hour security and underground, covered parking, Three Alliance Center complements the existing One and Two Alliance Center buildings while adding to the overall aesthetic of the campus. It’s also accessible by the city’s heavy rail transit system and the nearby Atlanta BeltLine.

As the project readies for occupancy at the end of 2016, AHA Consulting Engineers is proud to be a part of the team that brought this sustainable 30-story office tower to life.
